High stock density of shrimp and fish cultivation need more attention to get success, whereas high density cultivation causes more significant damage to the pond due to the discharging of dead animals, plankton, molts, feed & fecalorganic wastes. These are the major origin source of pathogenic microbes in culture pond, which are reduces toxic compounds such as hydrogen sulphide, methane, ammonia, and nitrates which are responsible for mortality.
